These images were taken of Cookbook author Giuliano Hazan. He and his wife Lael open their riverside home for intimate hands-on cooking classes in which participants prepare a four course Italian meal. The class concludes with a convivial finale at the table with all the prepared dishes and are accompanied by appropriately paired Italian wines.
